2. Scope

These terms govern the use of this website and the free trial offer ("10 complimentary sample posts") provided by Hildy. By submitting the sample request form, you agree to these terms.

3. Trial Offer

• The trial consists of up to 10 sample social media posts tailored to the clinic information you provide.
• Samples are typically delivered within 48 hours of submission, but no guaranteed delivery time is owed.
• The trial is free of charge and does not create a paid contract or any ongoing obligation.
• The offer is intended for dental clinics and their authorized representatives. We may decline requests at our sole discretion.
• One trial per clinic. We reserve the right to limit or withdraw the offer at any time.

4. Use of Sample Content

Sample posts are provided for your evaluation. You may review and share them internally. Public use, publication, or commercial use of the samples requires our prior written consent. All intellectual property rights in the samples remain with the provider until expressly transferred.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for ensuring you have the right to share any brand, clinic, or contact details with us.

6. Disclaimer

The trial samples are provided "as is" without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the trial samples. Statutory liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

7. Data Protection

Information you submit is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
